Dude seriously, I do not know that much about warhammer but how the fuck can the empire gain victory and gain lands when they suck so much? Did seriouslt ONE of the soldiers kill ONE of the chaos blokes? Was it only that paladin who got a kill?

BTW, chaos warrior is not a common sight in battlefields. Beastmen, and marauder are more common, and this was just a small patrol. Whitout a proper leader...

@MrElendin1 Empire's strength is in numbers, artillery, and warriors like the Priest of Sigmar (in the vid), knightly orders (match for Undivided - the Chaos knights in the vid), and wizards. Open battle army against army Empire matches Chaos.
The thing I love with Empire is the fact that it IS normal blokes against messed up odds. It's not like high fantasy worlds in which every other dude is a hero, and they form an odd band of super(wo)men.
The Shadowfast elf in the vid was way too powerful.

Call it Super High Fantasy, then.

Just doesn't sit well with me sticking it next to the high, High Fantasy stuff, with skies full of dragons and heroes riding unicorns and pegasus.The novels, games, and world of WH are for more grim than their American equivalents because there is no coming big battle to save the world and banish darkness. It's just constant war, constant darkness etc. Just IMO tho. =)

I'm trying to find the intro of another game, it's quite epic too. I don't remember the name of it, all I can remember is that is an RTS, released about 5 years ago. In the video you can see a huge medieval army marching, the army has silver armors and the helmets of soldiers are quite large, with only a tiny line in the front as visor.
Awesome, but I don't like to see the Empire State troops getting owned like that - Not a single chaos warrior is killed by one of them. How in fuck would the Empire ever survive if it worked like that? I can bloody tell you now my Warrior Priest doesn't win all my battles for me that's for sure.
