Most cars are designed so you can see under the hood if it flips up. Try looking next time your hood is up for oil check. Sit in the car and see if you can look under.

bad ending. he keeps trying to run so the police should have simply emptied their clips into the drivers door. he put 100s of people at risk while running expecially with the hood like that.
