Matt Schaub is a pro bowl QB. The Detroit QB lineup has been screwed up and finally got a good QB this season and look what happened. 1600 yards 16 TDs. That's better than ANY of Andre's seasons. Calvin is going to be remembered as the best WR ever by the time he retires, if he can stay healthy.
They are both really good but i think andre is better right now but calvin will eventually pass him if he continues at the rate he is going this year, the only reason that he didnt do good previous years was because of the quarterback, the texans don't have a great quarterback either but they have learned to use him better, that is why he is so good

Andre still the #1 receiver in the nfl right now. Dre skill set is still not match by anybody in the nfl he has it all. But then w/ injuries and rotating 3 different qbs the next 2 years, he still put up 1000 yards and 5 and 12 td's respectively. Now with Stafford healthy, he's having a mvp like season. As long as stafford is healthy, calvin will be without question the best receiver in the nfl.

His stats are way up this year but his performance is the same as it has been the past few years. I have watched both guys a lot (Calvin more often obviously) and Calvin seems to be a much better playmaker than Andre. Either way, these guys are the top WRs in the NFL.

Statistically Andre is the better receiver, but if you asked defenses in the league who they fear the most, it is CJ hands down. He commands more attention and respect because he is the pulse of the lion's offense. Houston has a helluva running game to compliment AJ. AJ is one of the best, CJ is best of the best.

No coach has said it, but I know. Calvin would be the #1 receiver. He is a bigger, stronger, and faster target. Calvin also arguably has the biggest hands in the NFL. Andre just doesn't have the unheard of skill set that Calvin has. Andre is unbelievable too, don't get me wrong, but to say he's better than Calvin just because of stats is just not right. Give Calvin a real QB(A healthy better Stafford), he would put up 07 Randy Moss numbers every year.

@BIGOHIONUTS2 How can you argue with production? The fact of the matter is, Calvin Johnson is a better receiver. That's not to say Andre isn't a VERY close second. If the Texans didn't have a running game, then it would be alot more apparent than now who the better reciever is, because they wouldn't be able to go play action as much and teams would be expecting the pass. Still, I'd love to have either of these guys on my team and I have much respect for Andre.

This is an alright video, andre johnson is great no doubt, but u barely put any of calvin johnsons great highlights in here! He has MUCH more great catches and touchdowns than this video shows. He has made some of the most amazing catches i have seen, this video does not do him any justice.

Check statistics dude, roddy white had over 110 receptions last year, roddy white and calvin johnson score more touchdowns than andre johnson, and larry fitzgerald is just flat out better than andre. larry fitzgerald and roddy white are ALWAYS open because they run crisp routes and make defenders look stupid every play. dont get me wrong andre is a beast but he's 4th.

this is not a bias opinion but CALVIN JOHNSON is the best wr in the game. period. he has 2 ten plus touchdown seasons and has only been in the league 4 years. andre has 0. sure... andre has more yards in the last 4 years but calvin put his stats up with 6 different QBs. andre had david carr before calvin was in the league sure... but calvin put up his numbers with SIX DIFFERENT QBs. no diss on andre. hes great but calvin is just bigger and faster.

Just my opinion but Andre would have more TDs if he didnt have to sit there and wait on a under thrown pass from Shaub or Carr back in the day. So thats why he is my guy Powerful, Fast and Humble he is definatly a team player not a ME ME ME person.

Statistically Andre is the better receiver, but if you asked defenses in the league who they fear the most, it is CJ hands down. He commands more attention and respect because he is the pulse of the lion's offense. Houston has a helluva running game to compliment AJ. AJ is one of the best, CJ is best of the best.

No coach has said it, but I know. Calvin would be the #1 receiver. He is a bigger, stronger, and faster target. Calvin also arguably has the biggest hands in the NFL. Andre just doesn't have the unheard of skill set that Calvin has. Andre is unbelievable too, don't get me wrong, but to say he's better than Calvin just because of stats is just not right. Give Calvin a real QB(A healthy better Stafford), he would put up 07 Randy Moss numbers every year.

I guarantee if Calvin went to Houston, he would the #1 receiver without question. Calvin is bigger, stronger, faster, and has monster like hands.
