Kangaroo seem too active to taste good. You need those fat lazy animals (cows, pigs) for it to be delicious.

Ha, agreed. Kangaroo just tastes like meat, maybe a slightly tangier taste, but just another meat. Nothing special about aside from it coming from a marsupial. Oh, and it makes your toes weld together into one foot-clump. Enjoy!
