  • Salba is more commonly called 'Chia seeds'. They are the Aztec superfood. They believed it to have supernatural powers and used it as money. It has 8 times more Omega 3 than salmon, 5 times more calcium than milk, 6 times more fibre than oatbran, 3 times more iron than spinach, 15 times more magnesium than broccoli, it's a great source of 18 amino acids, is packed with complete protein, vitamins and has powerful naturally occurring antioxidants.

  • That's VERY interesting - but I'm not Russian.

  • after you put you oats do u cook them or you eat like that without cooking the oats ??

  • i didnt even know about salba. amazing, im going to start incorporating it into my diet, i am always looking for ways to get my omegas, fiber, protein, antioxidents etc.

  • dude this is not fair!!! i just watched like 5 videos and 4 SOME REASON i can't stop watching them.

  • salba, nevr heard of it actually :o

  • You tease too much in your videos, it makes me want to keep watching them all :(

Also, you're a great motivation. I've changed my workout so I can be lean like you!

  • I must agree, she kinda looks like Sonya Blade, lol except I think that she's hotter, for real

  • you seem like a GOOD person =) thank you for your videos, im gonna look up the Salba thing, never heard of it before, do i hear a polish, ukrain, russian accent somewhere?? hehe anyways...thank you. hug

  • Any clue where I could look to find salba?

  • I think that if you look in the health food section in the grocery store, I work in one, so it might be close to flax seed, im probably going to look for it first thing in the morning tomorrow

  • WOW-You cook AND workout. Is there anything you won't do to drive me crazy?

  • Handful of nuts. Hell yeah! xD

  • this girl is such a babe

  • Don't buy Salba, buy chia seeds. Salba is just overpriced trademark.

  • can't buy either over here in england, but we have a few fake website scams!

  • "Rate 5 stars if you would like to eat my breakfast :)"

    =D

  • lol

  • Good person :)

  • I'd like to eat her breakfast, I'd like to eat her breakfast very much

  • when she put the soy milk it did not look like one cup, it looked like a lot less... great video anyway!!

  • HotForFoods ;)

  • I love just looking at her too, but she is a smart woman.

  • its so easy to watch these videos! <3 thank you so much for the healthy recipes! Much is appreciated! <3333333

  • I have never, ever heard of salba before. Any1 know some shops where I could get some ?

  • Yeah, I am just getting to that point myself! Thank you health angel.

  • I actually think that 95% of her fans are guys. Including me of course:) When i see her beauftiful smile, i simply melt down.

  • i wonder if she's single

  • She is married. Her husband is the one who records these I think. Not sure about that yet I know sheis married. So, behave LOL

  • Is this ground Salba or the whole seeds?

  • I think she might have a business interest in Salba - she certainly sold it well :x

  • Is she eating the oats raw?

  • Yes, many people in Europe eat oats raw in muesli.

  • yes, I do that too. Best way to eat them I think

  • Googling Salba now.

I usually microwave oats when I eat them hey.

  • I google'd it too. Turns out there's a lot of controversy over it. I actually currently eat chia seed. I put a tablespoon of it in my oatmeal each day. Drs. Oz and Roizen recommend it chia seed, but have said nothing of salba. Dr. Oz is in the know of all the new medicinal food breakthroughs. I'm sure there's a reason he hasn't mentioned salba yet. From my reading I just did, it looks like Salba is just a way to brand a line of food and more than triple the price to make a profit.

  • i read that it is just white chia seed but most of the studies that prove it's benefit were done with Salba. It might be a higher quality white chia but i'm not sure it would justify the much higher price.

  • i lover her accent. so cute

  • How much salba do you add and is it ground or whole seed salba?

  • Great advice Zuzana, and also the "How much is enough" post. I'm gonna research &look for that salba stuff in toronto. Keep up the motivational posts!

  • omg how old is her

  • i'm in love... she could sweet talk me into trying just about anything, haha! but yet motovates me to get into the best shape i can for gurls like her that i'll actually have a chance with

  • How much did Salba pay you for that? :p

Nice tips. Almost the same as my breakfast.

  • i have never even heard of Salba ...can anyone tell me more about it?

  • :D this is a great idea; usually myself will consist of a slice of toast with mustard and a few bits of tofu, but i really should look into this Salba thing!

  • tofu is bad for you - i like the taste, but sadly soya is a con!

  • Sitting there with that outfit on, you can't tell she's as ripped as she really is.

  • the last part showing her eating was hawt! just kidding nice breakfast, though I hate nuts!

  • Please keep the nutrition tips coming! Great job.

  • thats for morning. what do u have at night?

  • Mixed nuts in your oatmeal? Now I've seen everything! I'm just crazy enough to try that!!

    Thanks hot Russian babe! :)

  • very nice food

  • i noticed you use the quick oats. do you prefer those over the non-quickened variety? to me quick oats cook and adsorb liquid faster, but dont' taste as good. ty, good video

  • You are seriously God's gift to humanity. Uh, your amazing!!!!!!

  • i like the way you are!

  • What did she say? I couldn't concentrate. There was salba on the table!

    ;)

  • LOL

  • i don't think she actually reads or responds to these comments...

  • the end is like a tv commercial she would be an good actor*G*

  • Ok, you make the food look tasty at the end of the video, I'll try the Salba....

  • 2 dollar for breakfast

now thats 60 for month "only breakfast"

    god dammit

  • I don't know what Salba is and if I can get it in Europe (Sweden). Can you tell me more about it?

  • i'm gonna buy some salba. seriously. thanks again zuzana!!! and i like the end when ur eatin ur breakfast xp

  • I'd be too scared to eat her breakfast. Her muscles are a lot bigger than mine and she could quite easily kick my butt. :D

  • wouldn't it be funny if her boyfriend was really fat, ate carls Jr all the time, and was just filming her exercise?

    Ha Ha JK

    thanks for the videos

  • thats the funniest thing I read in days thanks. I almost started choking. laters

  • Never heard of Salba. Hope I'm spelling it right. I already eat oats and soy milk every morning.

I'll give that Salba stuff stuff a try.

  • do you have facebook charlie

  • some fresh fruit along with that would perfect that breakfast!

  • I love your work so much

  • I am going to buy Salba today. thanks for the tip.

  • she's so beautiful!! omg! I can't concentrate when I see her, the camera man should more focus on food than on her.

  • amazing! i would like to try some salba!

  • who knew oatmeal was so damn hot

  • macaroni and cheese w/ soy milk..right there..health at its most deliciousness

  • This is a terrific recipe, Zuzana, and I am very pleased to learn about Salba; this is a new product to me. I'm likely to sometimes substitute skim milk for soy milk, as I consume a fair amount of one of these on any given week and skim milk is a bit easier on the budget. Anyway, this is a tremendous creation - thank you for sharing it with us.

  • Are there different qualities of SALBA?

What should I look for when getting some at the store?

  • eat 2 bannana's everyday to burn fat!

  • yuck soy milk is disgusting

  • I'm all out of love, I'm so lost without you

    I know you were right,

    believing for so long

    I'm all out of love,

    what am I without you?

I can't be too late to say that I was so wrong

    I love you!!!xD

  • !0 dollars for a big jar of nuts is pretty cheap. here i would have to pay from 800-1200 which is 16 - 24 dollars

  • I love the way you talk! Oh yes and as far as the breakfast! Thank you for the tip! I'll make note of it and will follow your opinion! Thank you.

  • Wow I hadn't even heard of Salba. And that looks like a good recipe. Thank you for the info! Cheers

  • wait so...what exactly is salba? like a wheat?

  • Great video Zuzana! Its nice too see you want to help us better our self in health by eating right.

  • This Salba sounds interesting I will have to look into it. It looks like something that should replace all of those lost nutrients that you need during the day for healthy nutrients.

  • omg...SALBA!

what you describe of it is EXACTLY what i've been searching for!!!!

    thank you so much zuzanna!!!!

    o.o

  • You are beautiful... :) you give the best fitness and nutrition advice out there! and best of all its free!

    keep it up

    Donald from Canada!

  • where can u by these at???not at local markets mayb trader joes?

  • I have never heard of Salba! Are you in

America? Can you buy that here? And you didn't cook that?

  • Hi Suzanna,

I agree with everything you say, here. However, i wouldn't drink soya milk - I wonder what ingredients are in your soya milk - i can't see the name of the milk.

I eat oatmeal, with yogurt (no modfied corn starch or modified milk ingredients, and no sugar-glucose/fructose or HFCS), i mix in a bit of welches grape, or cherry or pomegranite juice. I also add the pulp from other fruit juices i make or i add a banana. Thank you for the heads up about salba. I will try it.

    Robbie

  • WOW...movin up on the world..and no not everyone knows this...confidence in knowig that u know...AND I LIKE SUGER....and one percent milk...and i like BLUE BARRIES...and im not a big fan of nuts...to hard on the teeth.........and i agree that your breakfast is cheaper...and healther..but mine tastes better....4 me..

  • Thanks for the tip about Salba. Do you eat that cold or do you heat it up first? I would think the oats need to be cooked, no?

  • where's the fruit?

  • So if I do all of this I'll have six pack abs in no time right?

  • im going to get that Salba! thanks!!

  • She is hot!

  • salba? you should be on the FoodNetwork!

  • plze more videos about loosing weight!

  • What is Salba, by the way?

  • yeah nutrition is everything isnt it, I want to hear/see more:) nice breakfast,

    thanks

    Katya

  • breakfast looks yummy

  • Salba is a BRAND. It is WHITE CHIA SEEDS. And the comparison she makes with other food is for EQUAL AMOUNT (a portion of Salba is 12 g !) BUT It IS GOOD stuff, that I use myself and love.. She also should use old fashioned oats, NOT the QUICK (for a reason, read the labels) And I don't think soy matters for WOMEN (since we already have estrogen) but for men, I would avoid. While I'm at it, I suggest to avoid all dairy products, too....

  • You need some more of "me" in your diet O.O

  • Soy isn't healthy actually.

  • That's what I've heard. I heard that soy affects your hormones and that it's REALLY bad if you have thyroid problems. It's hard for me to avoid since I snack on granola bars at school, and they usually have soy lecithin. Other than soy lecithin preservative, I try my very best to stay away from soy.

  • The Weston Price Foundation is in my opinion the best source about healthy foods. They have a lot of pdf files that are worth a read. It's like taking the red pill.

It made me ditch sunfloweroil and margerines with are supposed to be healthy aswell and replace it with butter and coconut oil.

  • its more healthy then milk.

  • You're right loosey5 soy is actually not good for you.

  • look at her! -Of course it is healthy lol!

  • where do you get that salba from

  • healthfood store

  • why you do not flex your biceps for us fans to see???

  • NOo

  • Yes, that's would I want to see, too.

  • MORE VIDS RELATED TO DIET PLEASE

  • that was great you should do more videos making your meals. I love seeing you exercise but i am sure everyone would like to see the cooking side of your live.

  • oh yummy!

  • i put choc protein and walnuts in my porridge, yum.

  • Nice! I was trying to think of some concoction for a good breakfast, I can try this!

  • omg thats a very nice tip, I will apply that in my menu for breakfast!

And of course it looks delicious!

  • Yuck!

  • this is great advice. Zuzana is so helpful!

  • This woman is a real role model.

  • Is it your back yard...

    it is beautiful

  • Oh god... please marry me!!!! :) lol good videos!

  • I disagree with you on 60% that diet food keeps you slim. I lived in a hotel with German constructions workers down here in Sweden . I'll tell you that they eating so fatty food that you couldn't Imagen.....

  • So they were eating fat but weren't themselves. Carbs are the macronutrient that are most easily turned into fat.

How do farmers fatten their live stock not by feeding them fat it doesn't work.

  • and you have that every day? Don't you get bored having the same thig every day?

  • this was so helpful! thank you.

  • Zuzana you are a beautiful women. You have great breakfast ideas, I've never heard of Salba. It sounds good, I want to research it. I eat a handfull of Quinoa with a handful or two of wheat berries, Honey, Prunes, bannanas or apples, protein powder & milk. I love it. I'm not trying to be critical but could you wear something more modest? Like less cleavage showing. Your gorgeous & obviously have a great body. I just think modesty shows self respect & high values. Keep up the good work.

  • I love the way she said blueberry's... I'm going to try this, thanks for the tips.

  • finally! someone with sense about the price and quality of this food...with great reasons :)

You are an inspiration, keep it up!

  • quick oatmeal is bad for you, It is proccessed, and as a result it could make you fat, did you know that ???

buy the ones that takes more time to cook

  • do you eat other proteinsorce-is like animals or whey?

  • Don't you warm it up?

  • yum

  • I like the way you say blueberries.

  • where can i get salba??

  • What if we're trying to build muscle?

  • protein shakes and chicken breasts baby !

  • I mean whats Salba made from? Is it non-veg?

  • What's Salba?

  • White CHIA SEEDS

  • I eat about the same stuff but I add yogurt to it and i havent tried the salba so I will check it out... great video...

  • Do you take a multivitamin / omega 3 capsules?

  • great breakfast, although you may want to look into organic soy products.

google: Monsanto, soy products, round up ready soy.

    Not good

  • I can't stand that company. It tries to ''enhance'' all types of foods and grains without thinking and caring about the side effects. All for patents and profits. Nature is already showing monsanto it's well balanced and shouldnt be messed with.

  • you look gorgeous

  • nice video sis

  • You are the best! Thank you for sharing your diet advice!

  • Can it be warmed up or do you just eat it cold?

  • Looks as delicious as you are. :x

  • Marry me and we shall conquer the world!!! XD

  • Dont you cook your oatmeal?

  • I tend to eat my own food, since I am really interested in eating healthy, and nothing in stores is actually healthy OBVIOUUUSLLYYY. For example, I hunt for grains in the wild, take these and make a 'cereal' with spring water filtered through a filtration system in my backyard, combined with filtrated nitrates to make a "milk".

  • Are you in your mid-30s?

  • You are just way too cute!!

  • Looks yummy! Now I've got to go find some Salba!

  • Cost of breakfast shouldn't be an issue. Unhealthy food tends to be cheaper, but as you say you get what you pay for.

  • please continue doing this!! show us what you eat for lunch, dinner and a snacks. some of us have been eating unhealthy for a long time so seeing this is very helpful!!! thank you so much

  • god your so pretty...i can't wait to be fit, i've been exercising and trying to eat healthy nearly everyday now!

  • It will be hard to find Salba here. Even Google Chrome underlines it in red as I type it. Tell more about when you eat it, before or after training and what about other meals if you want to have energy all day.

  • Don't worry about finding Salba. It's a brand....Salba is WHITE CHIA SEEDS. It's much cheaper and does the job fine.

  • where can you buy that salba?

  • Love the outfit

  • HEHE I have that same shirt!!! Except mine is as tight on.

  • Zuzana, what are your thoughts on the estrogenic properties of soy? For this reason, I avoid soy products like soy milk.

  • whoa....so me drinking soy has been stopping me frm growing muscles ? sorry had to ask...dont know much about these things
