Causion; " I don't take the responsibility if you do something wrong by listening to my solution. If you do something wrong it's your OWN fault and not mine!"
Guys I just found how to cure this problem!? The reason why people can't find the cure, is because that they call this problem Snow Vision. Do NEVER call this problem Snow Vision. If you are seeing noise effects, flickering lights, darker vision, sensitive to lights then the problem is called Photosensitivity Epilepsy. Contact a neurolog
Id get your retinal blood vessels checked - vasoconstriction here can result in visual snow. Also autoimmune diseases and dysautonomia like POTS are often associated with this symptom.
@zen242 Very true thanks for your information! I have my eyes checked and they where fine. But autoimmune diseases and dysautonomia are big triggers . As well as : drugs (like xtc, mdma) , Lyme disease, migraine, Fibromyalgia , concussion etc.
HPPD is all mental, there is no physical evidence towards it. This stuff has always been there before drug use, you are just anxious and over-analyzing it. Think about it. I've been completely normal for over 6 months now and I first started to experience hppd/dp/dr kind of psychosis about 2 years ago. I got over it by thinking logically. Now I'm fine
@joeybonesgnarly Well maybe in your case, but there are for example: a lot of people that are born with it. Or got it trough drugs like LSD, xtc Or wrong drug prescription. Stress is a mayor factor in causing visual snow. But not just the single cause.
@joeybonesgnarly There is a lot of people who didn’t have any anxiety and got it it trough other means: migraine for example. Check out the visual snow facebook or go to: those with visual snow dot yuku dot com If you take LSD and get visual snow and trails because of it right after and ten years later you still got it..anxiety isn’t the case. I wish it was tough
@VisualSnow1 What evidence do these guys have to back up this claim? Like most people, I did originally think that I got it from psychadelic drugs. However, once I controlled my anxiety and got myself to think logically, I realized that the therapists were right all along.
@joeybonesgnarly (cont) "is probably because HPPD is a rare disorder, and not something that neurologists, psychiatrists, psychologists, and ophthalmologists usually encounter in training. Ironically these are the specialists most often consulted by the HPPD patient. Too often the first (and mistaken) clinical impression is that the patient has a psychosis. This can set treatment on a wrong path" Quote from Dr Abraham a neurologist who specialise in HPPD.
@joeybonesgnarly How can you just say: well I fixed it with controlling my anxiety and thinking logical so that applies to everyone? Even to people that are: born with it, got it after migraine attack,a headconcussion etc? How does it work when somebody takes bad xtc and get it directyly after it?Where is the anxiety? Therapist say that its anxiety or a pschyosis that what you first think about when they hear that kind of story. Visual evoked potentials is also a test what show's abnormality
@VisualSnow1 man you aren't thinking logically. The thing that I hate about the internet is that it's filled with a bunch of crazy people sharing their crazy thoughts and trying to make sense of things. Think logically and listen to the professionals. "Even to people that are: born with it, got it after migraine attack, a headconcussion etc" like I said earlier, give me statistics. There is no proof for any of those cases aside from people being born with it because we all are born with it
@joeybonesgnarly You are the one that doesnt think logically.. You say it all anxiety? How does anxiety take place in visual snow if you are born with it did they baby expierenced a lot of anxiety? So still after someone get's visual snow after a migraine it still is anxiety because well that thats way you got it? You want statistics/information again: drabraham com (neurologist) look under hppd. Go search the survey about the causes on visual snow/hppd on thosewithvisualsnow. yuku dot com
@joeybonesgnarly There a loads of people on thoseswithvisualsnow over 1800. They have there own story I dont think I ever going to convice you and thats okay. But you are also not going to convice 300 people on there who got it after a bad case of migraine or after a hit of xtc. Thats where the survey comes in handy because you see the major causes. Also a vep: visual evoked potentials shows abnormality in the visual cortex. And that something that cant be caused by anxiety or psychology.
@joeybonesgnarly You should check a load of visual snow and Hallucinogen Persisting Perception Disorder related clips on youtube such as: "coping with HPPD" and "Hallucinogen Persisting Perception Disorder (HPPD)". They are mostly about story's after using substances like xtc or shrooms.
@joeybonesgnarly I did go to thosewithvisualsnow and ask about the survey wich shows you the stats which show you the percentages of causes? Go to the site of Dr Abraham a neurologist on HPPD there is research on HPPD which you can read and say's the same thing I am telling you all the time. Or google Klaus Podoll also a neurologist who is familair with HPPD. And VEP results wich show abnormality in the visual cortex. You can look up that it can not be caused or related to anxiety/mental state
I actually have visual snow. In my entire visual field. I also have anxiety and i dont know which came 1st. probably at the same time. I cant be in darkness because of it because i trip out because of the snow. I think this is a great idea but its to late now and i dont think it would work. Id love a cure cuz it really sucks

@rooster555555 Hi rooster555555. No you can have depersonalization and no visual snow. Or just visual snow and no depersonalization. Or both. Or other people first get visual snow and because of that the get depersonalization. I personally don’t have depersonalization just the visual symptoms along with tinnitus. .
@Ironrice1978 Thats one way to look at it! Who knows it could be a gift? It's definitely unexplained in medical terms. I like this positive thinking....Humans dont have answers to everything in this world.
@Ironrice1978 Yes it can be progressive.. Or "fluctuate" might be the right word for it.. By the way, did you post a message to Oprah or to Dr Oz? (see description) If you have any question let me know!
@CannibalTr0ll That's a story I hear a lot! Suddenly you realize it isn't normal.. People who get it suddenly by drugs or any other reasons now it's not normal. Because they had “normal” vision all of there live...
@Butterflygul Hi Butterflygul check out my second video and send it to more people who have VS/HPPD its far more specific and also a video with more established "plan" and that “plan” is already in working...we need just need more people to do it to!
@Diosukekun No...it isn't you can find a lot of information about this online, that's why it's a problem. People think it might be a mental disease. It's a persisted visual aura.
@VisualSnow1 Mine started when I went to a concert and got tinnitus in both ears 24/7 then a month later when out at night my vision went static/coloured then looking at the wall at home same thing, now it has persisted and is a 24/7 thing... nothing to do with a mental disorder... my opticians are stumped, they say my eyes and retinas look healthy... despite going to ENT docs aswell.
This was 3 years ago and I have it to this day... got used to it but night time is bothersome...
@whiteyr44 I did used to smoke Weed, but quit when all this started... look up HPPD or hallucinogenic perception disorder, I think mine is a combination of this and tinnitus.
I also see swirly snow in the sky (entopic phenomena) when outside at day time, like hundreds of little sparks following a set path, but indoors this presents itself as static and I no longer see the snow.
@whiteyr44 I suffered with floaters since I was 13, which have increased over the years also... from black spots, flashing lights (vitreous detachment which is natural for short sighted people like me) and clear worm like shapes.. although this was present before my VS symptoms and these show up whenever I move my eyes "floating" back to the same position.
I am completely used to all of these but it still irritates the heck out of me sometimes.
@whiteyr44 When looking at white backgrounds like Youtube with black type it appears to be shifting lines in my vision and faintly flashing colours makes looking at screens for any period of time a pain in the ass.
Had to vent all of this because it should be researched for a treatment... I believe it is a form of visual tinnitus with overactive neurons brought on by various causes firing off and telling the vision things are present when they normally arent or are "tuned" out.
@whiteyr44 That s a very good theory. I have the same opinion about this...exact.. About researched and treatment look up my second video and send it forward! If many people do this research will be a step nearer.. Thanks!
@iamneilll True but there are more illnesses that even are more rare and they get researched. Check out my second video and send it forward . The idea;s of the second video are already in "progress" but need more people..Check it out and send it to more people who have VS/HPPD! Thanks

@Dorvalizer You must not be on the foroums. I am. That is where the australian man is aswell. He has not yet been cured but seen improvment..and is a stuborn little shit too XD But medical science WONT figure it out..Because there is NO PHYSICAL PROOF..BUT if it were to be on oprah it would get notice and well...than the medical world would have some interest.
@LimeGreenFever Visual snow can be proven, there is a specific test which can be done (I forget the name) in order to prove it. As bad as VS can be, there are a lot of worse things which could happen to you (complete blindness for one)... I don't think the media will be interested in it. Not sure why you're so fixated on Opera though...
@Dorvalizer there is no test..trust that much. Half of the people on the foroum would have gotten it by now. There isnt physical proof. And VS can not make you go blind. And yes there are worse conditions but guess what? We got this one and it still sucks so just because it isnt as bad as another one means we should just sit and suffer with it? We should not take action against it because it could be worse? This conditon destroys peoples lives for fuck sakes.
@LimeGreenFever Taking an electroencephalogram (EEG) test will give you physical prove of VS's existence, as it has for many other sufferers. Please don't flood me with information about how bad VS can be, I don't have it easy myself. In-fact, reading and responding to your questions is quite difficult. Anyway, I'm just saying that there is probably a better way of helping people, instead of generating fruitless publicity. Perhaps forming some panel of experts to discuss their experiences...
@Dorvalizer Funding and helping people with problems by making it aware on the show and starting funds, so research can begin....Yes she did that a milion of times before.. Why not give it a change?
@Dorvalizer everyone and I MEAN EVERYONE on the foroum has gotten an EEG and always comes back clean. So if you read somewhere someone who actually got physical proof provide for me a link. I think you are just assuming. And yes Oprah would help with this sort of thing.
@LimeGreenFever A VEP or visual evoked potential might show a abnormality (about 1 out of 7 VS/HPPD sufferers have a abnormal/delayed result of the VEP) in the visual cortex/brain who shows that there is something wrong with your vision.. check out my second video and send it further! Things are now on away!
I hear them breathing. lol
