the box has a lot to do with it custom boxes built right can hit way louder than the manufacture states. Fi Btls at there rated power say they can hit 136 db but comp trucks with them hit close to 160db

no, the Fi Btl's hit 136 dbs in their RECCOMENDED box...that's what it says on the manual...it tells you it can be higher in different boxes...
