I think it was to avoid certain taxes or a shutdown or something of that sort, the tobacco companies agreed to make 1/3 of the can the warning.

I noticed the same kind of label on Copenhagen also but not really sure why but Ill look into to it.

I go a can of it and it had that lable then when I went to get it again wasent on
