The white effect in the bridge level was suppose to be FOG. Did the coin trail in the wall in the factory level mean nothing? I don't think so. The grey koopas came from the disco shells colors; he just copied one of those colors and made his own koopa. A Goomba is a rotten mushroom, so when you said "do you have a mushroom in that cloud" and a Goomba came out, you technically got ur wish.

Coins in a special coin block depend on how fast you bump it.

If you hit the coin block REALLY fast, you will get alot of coins.

If you hit it relatively slow, you will get few coin blocks.
