In 1913 Tibetans got rid of the Death Penalty and the worst thing that happened to prisoners was floggings (apart from one incident I'm aware of which didn't involve killing).
As far as I'm aware Chinese died in Tibet in 2008 but they died from smoke inhalation (which was unfortunate) when Tibetans set fire to Chinese shops. Many Tibetans in Tibet have very strong Buddhist beliefs which means they are not intentionally going to kill someone.

In 1913 Tibetans got rid of the Death Penalty and the worst thing that happened to prisoners was floggings (apart from one incident I'm aware of which didn't involve killing).
As far as I'm aware Chinese died in Tibet in 2008 but they died from smoke inhalation (which was unfortunate) when Tibetans set fire to Chinese shops. Many Tibetans in Tibet have very strong Buddhist beliefs which means they are not intentionally going to kill someone.
