  • Awesome video - 1:11 - .1:45 is pure comedy. I was not sure if this video would turn into a bloodbath. I lol'ed at 1:43 when he said "the knife could be sharper." I thought any sharper and you'd cut your fingers off.

    Who doesn't love a chef who uses a shot glass as a measuring cup.

  • just tried the recipe...very nice...can you give me the tips on how long i should microwave it with 1100watt microwave? coz mine is a little over cooked with 6 mins..thanks

  • @uoncoepoe Just do trial-and-error. If 6 minutes is too much, then use 5 minutes. You want the fish to be done but not over-done.
