Even though you're joking, I don't understand how everybody doesn't immediately go into the options and switch the absurd controls. X is jump, in every game, regardless, period. Circle is also drop/release in every game, along with square being attack. So that leaves triangle for the horse button. Awkward still, but way better than the default. People don't check the options though I notice, which is beyond me.
