Good idea! I'm adding CC to my foreign language videos in two languages, so people can follow along in both languages, both hearing-impaired and non-hearing impaired. CC is just a good idea in every video, in my opinion.

my mother is Deaf, but she doesn't use Youtube much. she worked as a Comp. Prog. for 25 yrs. now she's retired.

Right! I agree with NSCASL... How come there is still no Closed Captioned on TheTube??? Why not TheTube' s technology ready automatic Closed Captioned for the Hearing Impaired-Deaf people to save Our time than give us search and search and struggle to find it!
Why not TheTube Technology ready automatic itself Closed Caption for now?
