I generally solo Hellfire Ramparts or Stratholme and get a shit ton of gold. One Stratholme is a 150-200g. Ramparts is harder (of course) but a skilled player can do it.

Anymore, I recommend highly doing the Tournament dailies as often as possible, and farming honor to buy epic gems to sell on the AH. I make 600g per day by doing about 2 hours of work. 45 min for all of the tourny dailies (as a crusader) and about an hour to possibly an hour and a half doing bgs and wg.

I don't get it. I farmed here for 20-25min as an engineer. I found no clouds, and barely got enough crystallized air for even ONE eternal air. Also, I only got about 10 relics of ulduar. Why is everyone saying this is a great place? Or did I just have bad luck? So far, from that one experience, it seems like one of the worst places to farm.

the best way to farm is to raid so u have good gear and then the gear u get from quests choose the gear piece that sells to a vendor the highest sell them to a vendor and u will get like 100 gold in 30 min if u are fast

hey... i know a gr8 place if you are a skinner. if you look where that big hole in the ground is, surrounded by the dragons and the rhino's are, in the mountains, there are a group of 3 caves. Take the north cave, and go to the very end of it. there are grps of wolves in there tht spawn very quickly, + 2 at a time. skin them, you can make a large amount of Borean Leather, + quite a bit of Arctic fur

Many of the items have decreased in value that drop here. This is why the auction house is so much better than farming, it's always in high demand :D

One problem. This place is now nerfed! The elementals no longer drop the crystalized air or the relics of ulduar at the rate they used to. Also the prices for the relics at least on my server have dropped to 1g per relic.

it might be overly farmed on your server. A good time to go would be after a rolling restart and the beginning of the week after maintenance downtime, then perhaps look at statistics for your server for regular hours of low population.
