Paul I can see your left hand starting on an "A" Octave then a "G" and after that i'm completely lost I can do most of the right hand fine but I want to work out the left hand

@mattx12345678 There is a rudimentary copy of the sheet music in onee of the HIGNFY books.

If you go to TV Timewarp, there's a MIDI there of it that I transcribed from the book. You can then use your tool of choice to convert that back to readable music.

Yes it is me playing. Some people find it easier than others to play a tune from just hearing it. Music is full of patterns. This is in A minor, so there is already a good chance of G major, F major and D major 7th making an appearance. Tunes I work out by intervals - in this tune all the jumps are 2nd and 3rd ie from any one note, then next note is no more than 2 tones away up or down.
