Don't know if it's been mentioned or not (more than likely it has though so sorry if this question annoys you) but why did you feel the need to change Lugia's cry to Milotic? Unless you don't know how to edit cries, I think having Lugia and Dark Lugia having the same cry would be better, or at least give Dark Lugia the new cry. I mean after all, every pokemon that's not supposed to be in the original game you hacked has someone elses cry, doing it to Dark Lugia not Lugia would match the pattern.
