Okay, I suggest that some people use some common sense. Fingers and hands aren't just nasty and dirty all the time. He probably washed and sanitized his hands. It's also good if you are doing it yourself. The natural oils of your skin help to hold powders on your face. Its not extremely oily because it is your natural body, not a man made oil.

I think it' a very lovely look :) To address some of the comments: In the beginning he mentioned this is for girls who feel uncomfortable wearing no makeup on the beach, later he even stated to ease up on this already simple routine during the summer. He isn't saying you must wear this to the beach, he is just offering an alternitive to no makeup. Ease up on the guy, he obviously has to know a thing or to in makeup if he's a celebrity make up artist ;)

If he's a professional, wouldn't he know that using your fingers on a client is unsanitary. It doesn't matter if he washes his hand, you always use brushes. You also never double dip, the bacteria in this makeup must be horrific.

all you need is a good sun block, waterproof eyeliner, waterproof mascara, and some spf lip balm and you're set to go. I don't know why you'd want to wear all that makeup on the beach.

Boy was I surprised! KUDOS! You gave fantastic advice! Some I had never thought of---blotting papers? Much better than the wet washcloth in a baggie that we took. And the silicone based....primer....we went with just spf and some cream blush that looked terrible in no time...until fake tanners....no answer there! TY!
