  • i like pho tai better!!

  • Beef balls you can just buy it at the store already made......

  • pho dac biet dien bien phu ma mang guk du mai mai bu ku dinky dau

  • I hear that pho takes forever to cook

  • the first time i ever tried to make pho myself, it did take for forever it felt, lots of spices to use as i really made it from scratch even for the beef balls. later on it doesnt seem to be that long to make.

my suggestion is if you want to make yourself at home with a quicker method, you should find the instant spice for pho(sold either in a pouch, blocks like bouillon blocks, and/or a pack). Just boil a sum of water, add the beef, then the instant spice, you are good to go :)

  • probly an hour.depending on how u cook it

  • @CJAEY, it does take time to make the broth, especially time to simmer the beef bones. Nowadays, you can get the broth stock pre-made. Normally, it takes me about 20 minutes. When I want a really good broth and have to make it myself, it would take about 4 hrs, but then in this case I would make plenty and pack some away for future use.

  • man...those lil chillis are like eating fire... so fucking spicy

  • hehe yeah, they can be nasty sometimes

but we didnt use the chilies for making the pho :)

  • i wish it was that quick and easy, but i just go pay 7 bucks for a bowl of pho now...less mess and less stress

  • haha yeah i know what you mean; if you can get the pho instant spice pouch and ready to eat beef balls, you are set to go actually; but yes, to go to the restaurant only requires you 7 bucks ;)
