Love how the enemy's sprites change after taking a certain amount of damage; like the ogre things' helmets fall off, leaving bandages on their heads, and the blob thingies kind of deflate or sag or whatever. These are the kinds of games I need to get for my SNES. As usual great video!

This is the first rpg game i ever played, i still have it even now. It's the game that got me into rpg's, and it is sooooo amazing. Simple controls and such incredible music, really easy menus as well. Awesome review Luke, well done

This game looks pretty cool. I saw it about a year ago going for $15-$20 at this local place that specializes in older games. I'll see if they still have it and pick it up if they do.

I remember we rented this back in the day, and were a bit dissapointed for whatever reason.

I'll definitely have to give it another try, I've seen it at the flea market, and will probably pick it up next time.

luke if we play imported japanese games dont you think if we cant understand it that ruins some of the enjoyment

i mean in rpgs the story plays a major factor in enjoyment

Yeah, I can't disagree with you on that note, For some games however, they might only have a Japanese release so if you want to play it, you kinda have to bear through it or find a translation on line. You should ask Nintega about that :D, he knows what its about. If I can help it, I want to get some of the English based games for the same reason but in some cases I've really been disappointed with the acting or storyline in some and prefer the Japanese, just me. luke i totally agree in the UK you get some bad ports of games with horrid acting so sometimes its nice to play with subtitles but older games that are text only are a bit harder

japan only games if its good im sure its possible to put up with the language barrier

You know what, I'm trying my best to so but sometimes getting behind. Uploading vids, watching others vids and returning comments all while going to work and taking care of the family can be quite challenging. I'm pretty tired but I hope that everyone can get some enjoyment out of them. As long as that happens I'm satisfied and I'll continue to try my best but thanks as always for the support, really helps.
