    Glad to see somebody with your physique training slow and concentrated, not using momentum of the weights. Just the way many says it 's supposed to be done but not many actually do it! Keep it up, you are definately on the right track i.m.o.

    Thanks for the comments! I try to do all my workouts like that to prevent injury and focus on the muscle.

  • You know any upper back workouts I can do at home? All I do is push-ups, lift weights, sit-ups, squats, and a lower back exercise, but I need to workout my lats. I think I should buy those bars that you use to do pull-ups.
