Looks like you guys need a double-thick conveyor belt. The batons fall off the edges too easily. Other than that, and your lack of scoring accuracy, a good robot. Better than any I saw at the IIT regional, because none of them could pick up batons out of loaders very well.
tank treads with paddles to release batons and then convey/release on opposite side of robot
