my husband grew up at 15th & mermaid...he grew up in th 50's and said he will never see coney island like it was back the. i married him in 07 & mand did i get inspired writing my poetry on the beach. coney is very nostalgic, u can just feel it in the air. me, im justa country girl from indiana, now livin just 2 miles from coney...it is sad how they have treated it.

I have been to my husbands hometown over 10 times, and I have yet to see anything like this. Thanks, maybe now I won't need to go and visit here. Great Video. Although I'm not sure I could pass up the opportunity, you make it look so great!

We just went to Coney Island for the first time last summer and I rode the Cyclone. I think I'm too old for roller coasters now since my whole body was sore the next day! It was a lot of fun though.
