This result is after 1 tube or after 3? How much kilometrs or time it have work with xado?

....this is a ten years old Jeep YJ (1995) but I rarely use and it has only about 15K on the odometer....so cause the odometer has only under 20k I only fill in 2 tubes as Xado instruction, one in the morning and the 2nd one on the afternoon....but this recording was taken when I only fill 1 tube...the sound changed about 15 minutes after I fill the first tube....
