  • I don't eat at work. I start drinking water at 7:30 a.m. then around 12:00 p.m. I drink Muscle milk light protein shake around 180 calories and 20 grams of protein then I finish off my water then go home around 3:00 p.m. I eat dinner with family and can eat a good meal, I think my band losens up cause I can eat a good amount.

  • I am post op about 7 months, I have never thrown up..and don't know when to stop eating..I just go, then pay for it later. I get a pinching pain on the left side of my stomach or breast area, but have never thrown up.

  • They probably think it's morning sickness.

  • that little hiccup is probably your soft stop...don't ya think?

    I haven't PB'd since, that episode at work and I have slowed down...focusing on the size of my bites and the amount of chewing I'm doing...and it's made all the difference...keep me posted and feel better soon :)
