  • There is Nikon strap on the canon in 6:13

  • "Hands on reivew!" Haha.

  • stupid and sensual Kai

  • Would the Billingham Hadley Small fit a 13 inch Macbook Pro?

  • @pooqxl probably not.

  • Could anyone tell where I can purchase this song or any music that may be similar? thanks

  • @4EVERMYSERENITY iMovie.

  • @musguelha14 actually I already got one from B&H photo :)

  • Hands on Reivew!!!

  • this is a great asian bag

will go well with those backpacks that are in style right now

  • Practical, but the price of these, not so practical, a lot of cheaper bags out there that will give exact same qualities.

  • How much is it in Hong Kong?the biggest one

  • he has an english accent not british!!!! there are 3 other countries in Britain that sound nothing like this :P btw im scottish :)

  • @sdeary1 So, you have a British accent as well. :)

  • I want one for christmas :]

  • these are like 200 dollars. . .

  • DOCTOR WHO REFERENCE!!!

  • Hello,

In most of your video, which billingham bag you use? hadley pro?large?small?

    thx

    Cheers!

  • Those are really nice bags, I'm getting one!

  • I am sooo excited to share this!! I got my Billingham hadley pro today!!! (first started thinking and liking this bag by Kai's review.) there used to be one doubt: weather this bag will fit my Macbook pro 13 inches or not. After measuring my computer carefully, I decided to give it a try. As I got the bag, I took the insert part out, and...... the macbook pro 13 inches fits right in the bag!!! I want to share this with others out there having the same doubt as me.

  • 7:32 7:47 LOL it took me a while but I see what you did there. :)

  • I just purchase my Billingham 307 bag, 4 months ago. Excellent bag and waterproof. You pay a bit more but it's worth it to protect your investment.

  • do they have something in between the papa bag and the mama bag? cos the papa seems too big for me

  • Beautiful bags, but a bit expensive. I cracked up at 6:28 "TARDIS of a bag!"

  • Lowepro all the way :P

  • kai best model!

  • Should i buy a billingham bag(hadley large). Its very expensive for a camera bag. Where i live a hadley larg cost 305$ (with tax). For those of you who own a billingham ba, would you reccomend this over other camera bags????

  • Whats the point of the bags?

I mean you can use a messenger bag and Partition padded inserts for 15$ and their you have it !

  • Check out the camera bag and it's soooo expensive!!!

  • Darn, if I didn't have to carry around my accessories I would have gotten a hadley large. Have to go with backpacks to contain all my stuff

  • These look nice, but I think I'll stick with Thinktank

  • The Hadly Digital would appeal to me more than the others. The Hadly small is still maybe a little big. But, what would I do with lenses with the Digital? Do they offer clip-on lens bags?

  • i love how he doesn't review in his office even though it's just a bag (: works so hard :D

  • the smaller one looks a bit like a man-purse... but i love the quasi-catwalking at the end!

  • the smaller one looks a bit like a man-purse.

  • Hi Kai Nice review on those billingham bags !

I am debating to know whether a hadley small would be more or less

Inconspicuous photo bag than an artist and artisan ACAM 7000 for example

it just that it looks a bit different however the quality of the hadley seems amazing !

    Thanks

  • After this ... I want to visit HK soon...

  • great review, I so want a Billingham, tried a couple of them out today, beside lowepro and thinktank bags, and found the last two lightyears behind the Billingham in both quality and usability...

  • I have a Billingham Hadley Pro, no complaints about it. Discreet and vintage. Love the waterproof canvas, very useful because most of my equipments are not waterproof

  • i use billingham bags.. they are beautifully made..very high quality and looks nicer than the average camera bags!!!

  • Love mine

  • how about hong kong own zkin?

  • How would these bags compare with the Kelly Moore bags? Specifically, the Kelly Boy bag.

  • Hello everyone! need some advice here! well i am thinking about getting a billingham hadley bag but just don’t know which one to go for I own a 550d with 17-40, 50 1.8 and might be getting a 70-200 later on this year. i will be using this bag for general purpose as well as using it as a camera bag. Which one should I go for hadley small?? hadley pro?? or hadley large?? THANKS!

  • hi, do you have any camera bag recommendation for female photographer? Does billingham hadley suit female photographer? I really like it~ British like~ XD

  • @MsDreamingLife

    dont' think it matters

    what you ma call it?

    it's unisex

  • well. got an acer aspire 1810Tz. would that fit into the small one? (11,6") :-D maybe someone got an 11,6" notebook and can confirm this^^ just regarding dimensions it SHOULD fit :D

  • Where can I buy these bag in Colombia?

  • 6:29 TARDIS of a bag. Cracks me up :D

  • Would a 13" macbook pro fit in the hadley small?

  • @jFrancc no a 13" would fit in the hadley pro/hadley original

  • @jFrancc A bit too cloese for comfort, go for a Hadley Lagre or Pro.

  • @jFrancc U kidding? no way lol. It may possible fit into the middle size bag

  • lol you could quite your day job and be a radio announcer. cool voice, cool review!

  • japenese stick buscuit things , mikardo ? , I love them !

  • Lol, my friend bought one of these. I have to say for a 300$ bag it doesn't look like much and doesn't really provide much better functionality when compared to a bag that costs a lot less. The main advantage i can think of is that its really a camera bag in disguise as a binoculars bag. So it's really apple vs Microsoft all over again. All i'm gonna say is that my bag costed under 50$ and i can get my camera out just as fast as him.

  • @joshonator12 Out of curiosity, which bag did you purchase?

  • @oohLaLanvin

Youtube wont let me post the link, but its pretty much the first one when you type "roots dslr camera bag" on google.

I personally can't justify spending that much on a camera bag, especially since photography is simply a hobby to me (as well as my friend). Of course if a pro had to always have a camera on him/her i wouldn't blame them for getting the bag, but for an amateur it's about a justifiable as driving a hummer in the city.

  • @joshonator12 Those camera bags are for rich fashion conscious people to let others know they are rich and fashionable. So they will always be at a premium price, if everyone was walking around with them, then the rich fashionable people wouldn't want them.

  • aren't these bags like 300$?

  • You didnt review the Hadley Pro. May I ask, whats the difference between the hadley small and hadley pro?

  • It's not a man purse, it's a satchel...

  • LOL. That's all I have to say about this guy. Keep up the good work.

  • Hiii, I was wondering

Do you know which Billingham bag would fit...

-Canon 5D Mark II Grip and 24-105mm f4L w/ hood

    -Canon 70-200mm f2.8L II w/ hood

    -Canon 50mm f1.2L w/ hood

    -Canon 15mm F2.8 Fisheye (optional)

    -Canon Speedlite 580EX II (optional)

    -13-inch Macbook Pro (optional)

It's okayy if I cannot store my fisheye lens, laptop, and flash

    Thanks in advancee :))

  • @dragunboy08 Will you be carrying it all, all of the time? If so go for either a 445 or a 555, (555 is bigger). These are basically the the same as the 335 shown in the vid but bigger. If your not carrying them all, all the time may I suggest a hadley pro/origional/large. My pro can just about fit a 7D w/70-200 f2.8 but not with it's hood attached but reversed + an 85 f/1.2 + and ae1p w/17mm. Plus I put a 50mm in the fron pocket (not sure if the pocket would fit an f/1.2 though).Hope this helps

  • one way to make these bags far better, Stick a Canon inside it

  • Nikon fanboy..

  • The small brown one looks like a granny purse lol

  • @kockgunner and these "granny purses" get girls......

  • there like... just too expensive.

  • Great entertaining video. btw, I've been using Billingham bags for years. Highest quality and they last forever. And perfect for street use. I have a 335 and a Hadley Pro. They've both been around the world a few times.

  • Great Video but btw you wrote hands-on review wrong in the video

  • Real British people don't take their umbrellas with them ;P

  • Reminds me of when Alan Partridge did some modelling in Paris

  • What lens is on that D700? Is it by chance the Nikon AF-S 85mm f/1.4G?

  • @MrWooWee2 that is AF-S 24mm f1.4G, about the same size as 85mm 1.4G

  • for about 7 years ive been a Lowepro fanboy ive got about 3 bags, 2 smaller just camera, and camera toploader, but the second i saw these when i went on a daytrip to London. I was converted, infact i took all the stuff out of my old 4, 5 year old Lowepro bag and gave it to my friend as a present, and switched instantly.

(i should point out my friend was happy at his present, and infact was looking into Lowepro bags, and have since given him all my bags for a sexy, Canon plastic fantastic 50mm)

  • @rorrt gentleman taste do need time to grow :-)

  • Where is your hat ??!

  • What about the umbrella? Tell us more about the umbrella!

  • i eat fibernite for breakfast

  • omg they're so pricey

  • TARDIS of a bag. That sold me on it.

  • Kai, maybe you can show us in a tiny report, what DSLR are you using and why?!

  • lol you are funny! so where can i buy these bags in hong kong?

  • Where did you bought all those camera bags?

  • I like Lowepro, they have some nice more organised bags, whereas Billingham are just to be show off bags with a stupid price.

  • got a old school billingham bag model 825 off ebay for 85.00 usd... very happy with it!! Thanks for putting me on to billingham bags!!

  • Great work, thanks for help us

  • these bags are SEXY !!!!

  • he puts them on a bench right next to a large pool >.<

  • geeks certainly won't like these gentleman Billngham bags

  • makes me wanna go to Hong Kong!

  • i think lok is canon man :))

  • are the bags only for men?

  • @ithinkiminlove123 l like to think of it as a "unisex" bag....my girlfriend has the cream color bag and I have the black....basically anyone can use this bag.

  • @KEBokeh ok great! Thanks for the answer. :)

  • Kai does have a cool british accent.

  • could you do a review on the canon 70-200mm f4 usm? thanks!

  • YOU SHOULD DO A VIDEO ON THE LOWEPRO FLIPSIDE 400 AW

  • Hands-on "Reivew" at 0:38

    Needs MOAR spell check.

  • Kai is my man-crush.

  • why is this film out door with all the noise. just though you should review this indoor without all those people and background noises.

  • I saw Kai today in front of the Shatin KCR station!!!

  • Kowloon!!! A I miss Hong Kong so much!! :( :(

  • DSLR not Dale -.- silly auto correction thing

  • Wait what? A cannon Dale with a nikon strap? That camera man is crazzzzy!,

  • man purse looks manly

  • It was going good until Kai brought up that "man bag" thing it is as good as the bum bag which some people still use :)

  • instead of a camera bag, ppl will think you are carrying a man purse.. no thanks haha

  • tenba or tamrac. either of them my choice. these bags in this video, not.

  • Mmmm, rather go with Domke, which don't look like purses.

  • looks good for the queen along with her fancy dress..... certainly not my style....lowepro's the best

  • @arseshan

so u're saying that u're a nomad and u prefer a nomad bag where you wouldn't feel awkward between a herd of sheeps in mongolian steppes. Do you also wear a camouflage on your face every time you go shooting?

  • @drmform I dont know about you but I do not wear Gay Clothing and Accessories'..... I don't know where you come from but Where I do ... we do not have to wear cam-creams in the city LOL

  • @arseshan

wow, you're such a man. now, go shoot some birds. with your khaki lowepro you'd not get any attention.

  • @drmform proud to be a man m8 .... I have no regrets. Why are we arguing about my preference of equipment anyways? I'm not a big time photographer so I use an Adventura 140.... which does meet my requirements as I only got a D5000 and a couple of lenses. It looks neat, tidy and keeps the camera safe.

  • @arseshan for the queen? you don't have any sense of style dude! that would be a awful choice for the queen! these are stylish gentleman's bags.

  • they do look good quality, but compared to Domke they look like ladys bags

  • You should do more camera bag reviews

  • these bags look gay somehow, rather made for women. i prefer the slingshots

  • crumpler FTW!

  • I was laughing my ass off with the modeling/posing you were doing at the end!

And those bags do look fantastic.

  • Comment removed

  • Love the poses haha.

  • Great Job. I love your Videos. I was wondering if the Cannon 70-200 2.8 would fit in the 335?

  • Is Lok using a steadicam? Quite steady.

  • These Billingham bags are super expensive.

  • You should get out of review, and go into modeling Kai.

  • Anyone knows what is Kai's flickr?

  • @CardboardStories flickr . com/ photos/ kaisphotos/ (remove spaces of course)

  • Manpurse, Kai. ;-)

  • Thanks Kai. You make my day, now I have no doubts on which bag to get. ;-)

  • Black on the favorite list.

  • where's your hat?

  • british stuff rocks.

  • @mariusgp5 not all :)

  • nice and stylish.

  • Love the modeling of the bags haha ;)

Nice vid mate! Now get cracking on the Nikon D3100 please ;)

  • WHERE IS LOK

    WE WANT LOK

  • "how iwonic", "kilogwams", "Conews", cawying stwap", "acessowies" You have to practice the R... R R R R R R R R

  • ENGLISH! ITS FUCKING ENGLISH! not british. FOR FUCK SAKE how would you like if i kept calling you asian.

  • I can't imagine seeing you doing that in Hong Kong... Lol... Everyone would be staring at you so badly...

  • haha, he also brought his British accent

  • Kai does a lot of street shooting O.o

    1:50

    lol

  • I thumbs up every one of your videos just for your personality. if i could thumb it up twice, that would be for the content, and if i could thumb it up 3 times, then it would be because you film it on 550D (i think) 7D? well same thing so 3 thumbs up still =)

  • Really love the videos! Thank you for intorducing Billingham camera bags, I think I may get one now :)

  • howmany lenses can it fit

  • @simbles1 i mean like the smaller ones the "baby bear" one

  • Awesome! Double thumbs up for the Tardis reference. Seriously, best kit reviews out there.

Oh ya and more Pentax love please!

  • What lens are you using at the beginning there kai ?

  • Digital rev , thank you so much for listening to the community , this channel gets better and better . :)

  • why not lowepro !!!!

  • @MrSiren09

cheaply built, of bad quality, very expensive, nothing special. That are my experiences with lowepro......

  • @CroppedFrame Seconded.

  • @CroppedFrame I am a professional photographer and I have been using them for 20 years and they have kept over £20,000 worth of camera equipment safe.

  • @MrSiren09

You need to put on a raincover.

  • @agun17 huh

  • epic modeling!!

  • i used to love these video's , but in the last few, Kai is beginning to get lame, and at some times really annoying

  • scary place to review these bags. i was like *please dont drop the bag and the camera in the water. :P

  • Ow god is Kai using the new Nikkor 85 mm 1.4G ?! horny!

  • Comment removed

  • These are excellent bags! I got four of them.

  • Man if you keep on going with your videos, the other reviews have nothing on you. You're entertaining, you got your reviews down, and you got an english accent.... So nothing can beat u. Keep up the good work and you'll be the guy everyone wishes, he had the review first!! Like the 60D. And stop being so stubborn with your Nikon love.

You're doing great. Keep up the good work!

  • @amansoori by English I meant British :D
