In the last episode its all there. You have to pay attention. Piper and Leo were sending three kids off to school, one of them Wyatt, the other chris and a little girl. Brad Kern said her namew as Prudence, (a nod to Prue). And Paige came to Henry's job with three kids. She mentioned Henry Jr. and the twins. and Phoebe had four girls I think. She had three and was pregnant when her and Coop left, leaving Billie to babysit.
