You're right about that but what Helen could have done is tell Nikki about meeting with Dominic about Prison Business, nothing more, nothing less. Helen means well but she's not always "Straight Up" about things. Remember when she told Sean that Nikki tried to drag her in her Cell and kiss her, now that was a big fat F@ckin Lie and what would have happened if Sean decided to take matters into his own hands and tell The Prison Service.

You are right about that, she does not trust her emotions and nikki does. Nikki could have got in trouble because of the lie. But think back in the return of episode two she said to nikki she knew her and Sean was not going to make when he moved in with her. She was playing the straight game. You know playing both sides of the fence. Nikki said that helen was on noones side but her own. Dont get me wrong I love helen's character but her personal life was a mess. She just played it better .
