Dear @californialuv84 my sis has lupus as well and she kept having such kidney problems we recently found out she has "acute intermittent porphyria" which often can be seen with lupus. The two often are exacerbated by food meds and especially anesthesia please know I believe with all I am God loves her so and keep praying. Fight your battles on your knees in prayer girl. I volunteer at a zoo and the lady who owned it has lupus and sometimes she sleeps for days because of the medication and it gets really scary because she has a husband and kids and like over 250 animals to look over so I get worried for her.
