@phantom321g It's an online game, so you can't just order it from japan. And don't say just sign up either, because to play you need a japanese IP, japanese OS and your time set to the time in japan, among others.

Still, there are ways around these failsafes if you want to play and sites that offer help on getting around them but it's a significant amount of work to do so.

Right....they put out a press release a while back talking about how it MH just doesn't have a good foundation here in the US and the only reason they released it in just Japan is so they can build it there first and hopefully come here later. @madassmonk It really won't, Monster hunter sales outside of Japan are tiny compared to what it makes in japan.

So Capcom would lose money if they had to pay for servers in country's where it doesn't sell well.

I love monster hunter but it's the truth, thats why this, 3rd, 3rd HD didn't get released outside of japan and why TriG and 4 probably won't be released.
