That is really stunning how you pulled all that together. I only have one burning question I have seen other do too. How do draw a portion of your art, selecting and move it to make any necessary changes as oppose to having to redo that part of the work. I have alway been fascinated by that one step that I still cannot figure out. Also what software program did you do it i.e Photoshop and will it work on the newer versions if it? Thx

@j2cool2 Yes, I use photoshop and yes, it'll work on the newer versions.

What I did (I don't do it anymore) is painting, for example, a hand in a different layer and when I like how it looks I mix the layers (using ctrl + e)

@arturopotter I think you misunderstood my question. I know I can do thing in any version of Photoshop but some features do get removed or added when newer version come out. My question was not about you merging layer but when you worked on his right eye (my right/your left). You decided it needed to be a little lower, selected and lowered it without having to erase it and re-draw it in a lower position. I know how to do it in AutoDesk Sketchbook Pro but I do not know how to do it in Photoshop.

@j2cool2 Soryy I misunderstood, I'm spanish :P

I think I know what you mean now. When I drew that eye I thought it was a little bit too high so I used the (I think it's called) "lasso" which you can select by pressing "L". I surrounded the eye and I moved it down.

And yes, it is available in the newest versions.

Why is the cursor always an hourglass? is it so you can see where your brush is when its to small?? cause im having trouble seeing where my brush is in elements!

Alright,

The body and the coat is amazing,

The hair is great, I think..Maybe not matty enough but the color's good..

The face just isn't faded enough, I think that's what it is.

I wouldve liked to see a better background. His left eye (on the right from our view) is a little off. In my opinion, there needs to be more depth in his face. His jacket and gloves are done nicely.
