You cannot say what you did without being very ignorant of what his true mental status must have been like prior to this incident. Mercedes most likely did fire a perfectly sane, hard-working employee in unfair circumstances...but running into the middle of a Formula One race did not send across the message of protest that he wanted to put out. People will just think that he was a moron to endganger his life and the lives of drivers that had nothing to do with his sacking. Your point is very valid, but I also stand by my own statement.

The german police was at least partly responsible for this desaster. This jerk had already made his way onto the track during the warm-up-session in the morning. The track marshalls arrested him and extradited him to the police. Since nothing had happened, the police only reprimanded him and released him before the race(!) - where he again ran onto the track. unbelieveable.
