It's called a Bansuri, its the North Indian Bamboo slute. More specifically:

the big one (he plays at the beginning) is probably a "Concert E" tonic. (which means the Sa note is E).

The smaller one looks like a Small "tonic C" flute.

I'm just guessing. It could very well be something else.
