carry a small note pad and pen and write everything down on what you did in the work out and write the time and date and keep looking at it to see if you got better after each day you have written down i have a learning disability so that is what helps remind me if i am doing better or worse.
Ok I do have a few mental disabilities and I was wondering how you could help me get a better brain in sports.
