when you roll the roller on your thorasic spine and you hear like 30 little cracks and pops but without pain, is it okay?

@492333 thats fine. Its the spine releasing, actually should feel good :)

@fitman23
it actually pops every time I roll, not just once as when you crack fingers
more like grinding and clinging
another question, how often can you release the spine?
@492333 You can release the spine daily, but I would recommend to see a chiropractor to see exactly whats up with the spine.
this looks great as I have tons of neck and back issue, particular lower back ...from MMA , and weightlifting hope this helps ...where can I find one cheap ?

why does he have so many bands?

Will you injure yourself if you roll onto the lower back? I have done this a couple of times.

It might. You put yourself at an awkward position when rolling on your lower back, which may cause injury.

So is this like giving yourself a deep tissue massage? Is the roller hard foam.?
