I would like to correct your information.. It is one in every Million CAUGHT! Is blue. But we think it occurs in nature more often... For example we had baby lobsters in the aquarium i work at and we had like between 5-10 baby blue lobsters and we definitely did not have between 5 and 10 million lobsters in there...

@Matt00851 This lobster never changed color it is a genetic mutation in the shell of the lobster... but actually all lobsters have the blue in them along with red, and yellow, and orange. And when they turn red when they are cooked is because the protein in the shell is taken away when cooked causing it to turn red... and the information was wrong one in 1 million CAUGHT! Is blue... And I work at a aquarium in Maine and we get 6 or 7 blue lobsters.
