Feigen swam a 19.49 at the 5A Texas State meet, and the others swam 21s and some 20s. Usually, the winner swims a mid to low 20. Oh yeah, the following year Cole Cragin swam a 46.75 in the 100 back at the 4A state meet. Texas is beast dude....
