What December is saying is that Niles and CC were just as important as Fran and Max. as later seasons went on you can tell that they actually shared the show, like they'd show one pair in one scene then the next and repeat, then one of the pair in one scene and vice versa with kids in the middle. the show wouldnt have been AS successful without either of them

I watch this show everyday and my family has no problem with me watching The Nanny! I also had my best friend watching the show with me one day and then she started watching it everyday. Her mom used to watch it (even though she doesn't remember it) and had a problem with her watching the show but now her mom watches it with her along with her brother. Even another friend watches it. So since I don't see them everyday I call them and we always talk about it all the time!!! THE NANNY IS THE BEST!

I always found Family Matters to be a pretty dorky show. The parents fight in almost every episode, a geek wants to marry the prissy daughter, even though he has a hot horny girl begging for his love and the son hangs out with an apparently mentally retarded kid. Whereas The Nanny is about an actually funny woman who is a big help instead of an annoyance working for a rich broadway producer. The Nanny has class and is hilarious, Family Matters is dorky and annoying. I pick Nanny!
