NYUC depicted an accurate character of minorities. However, those guys were raised in an community of pro-culture. When you're NOT born into that environment, you won't identify with the "timbs, throw back jersy" etc, because it's not a segment of the culture you ascribe to. Those BM can't identify with spending $200 on a throw back & $75 on Timbs. $75 can get them 2 pairs of converse & $200 can get them 20+ political parody shirts like Buck Fush or Whos Nailin Palin parody.
