I've always loved that moment that Jensen refers to when Dean is talking to 'dead' Sam in "All Hell Breaks Loose" part 2. That scene makes me cry everytime I see it. Also the scene just after Sam is stabbed and Dean is trying to hold him up. Great work Jensen!!!!!
