Stephen and I are fund raising right now to take a trip to Machakos. We have been planning this for over a year. Our church has been sponsoring orphans from the AIDS epidemic in Africa who are from the Machakos area. We are planning to visit them and put on a Vacation Bible School for the school children who are on vacation at that time. We hope to see this phenomenon for ourselves while we are there.

This is not a hoax or a camera mimic... I've been to this place called Machakos in Kenya... Its for a very small distance that there is a kind of anti-gravity effect. We tried it both with the water and with the car on neutral. Both things went upwards...
Maybe try it with a ball. Also if you can zoom in on a level, it might show the same thing. If you have a small area that has a different gravity field, then you could run some string line over to the side of the road and show the difference with the same bubble-level. That is if the anomaly is that small.

There are places like this. The one I know of though is known for putting your car in neutral and riding the hill up. It's the same effect though.
