Why in the name of heaven should he move? All he asks for is that the SPA do their job effectively, which they seem unwilling or unable to do.

The tragic case of James Ashley should have brought about changes in the way the Sussex Police Farce (not a typo!) conducts itself but, having wasted taxpayers' money trying to fight the compensation claim by Mr Ashley's family, it seems neither they nor the Police "Authority" has learned anything.

Nieghbour disputes! There are three sides to the story in any dispute between nieghbours: person A's, person B's and then the truth. My advice to you is to move on with your life, or move away. Find something more rewarding and worthwhile to do with your retirement before you become any more bitter.
