i have a horrible time hearing the same note within different octaves, but i can easily see the pitch difference. so if your right, then to me, this would sound completely way off, which it doesn't

the octaves of which i was speaking of yes, they are wrong. at least one is. its a 3-5, 5-7, 7-9, 8-10, 10-12. he replaces the 8-10 with a 9-11 octave. (these played on the A string of course) this isnt even played on guitar technically but w/e. harris is the only one who plays it. if u think i'm wrong look it up, and for those who give me a thumbs down, thumbs up to u for bein a noob.

but in between all that is the 0-0-0-0-0. And you have to pick extremely fast. It looks like this

if you guys need to tremolo pick a bit faster try holding the pick with as little of the tip exposed as possible. unless you really can't pick that speed.. good luck. great video. oh yeah try just using your wrist.

Hey I really enjoyed the liberties you took with the solo, very close and your getting it polished; the chords and rhythm are not right, that's okay, you should study their video and then work on your middle finger damping with the bar chords for the beat. They actually dragged around more heavily.
