How can I be protected when I got a note saying my Home has been sold. They tell me I have 5 days to move out. I have tried to talk to may lender GMAC and they won't even tell me who the "New Owner" is. they just say, "you need to move out"
Thanks for the post. I don't think people undertand that id was failed policy of the federal government (Community reinvestment act) along with the banks/mortgage companies, as well as the home owners who took the arms since they could not afford the house in a fixed rate loan. I primarily hold the government and banks/mtg companies accountable for this.
So, if I understand correctly. Because I chose a 30 year fixed knowing that rates were at 40 year lows, I must pay for the idiots who chose not to educate themselves. I'm not paying another dime, they can take my house.
Yes, precisely how it works in America, the guns are pointed at those who are reasonable. To sacrifice their lives and values ( I.e. Jesus.) To those who deserve not. Thank the philosophy of Christianity for this fact.
