my dad has owned both and let me tell you that 406 has something extra in the engine. the m3 accelerates faster and has more torque. the 406 accelerates like a regular 330 ci and there's no way it's stock.
M3 na, 406 coupe is a real gentlemans coupe i have always called it,haha. Its smooth, comfortable, lovely to drive, M3's why, overpriced overrated,lol. Why spend 50k on a motor, when you can have something that is more comfortable and offers more than just a "badge"

That Peugeot doesn't have biturbo but it has NOS in it. Everything else is stock. Believe me i know the car. There was a year or two when two cars busted everybody in hungarian drag races, a Volvo S60R NOS and this Peugeot.
This Peugeot is really nice and comfortable but heavy and the french V6 is not so powerful and drink a lot, i`m faster with my old 325 with "chip" than my friend in his 2oohp 406...and the M3 really more...

BMW M3 0-98km/h 5s Peugeot stock 3.0 V6 0-98km/h abaut 7 seconds.... If you take aut the human factor the BMW wins the race. But if you tune up the car then you can give to the Peugeot 3.0 V6 with BI-Turbo engine abaut 600-700hp! Same you can do with BMW.
Stay polite stupid, i'm not ugly, i drive BM and a good friend has a coupé 406 3.0 , really nice and comfortable car, well made (for a french car..) but it's absolutely not a sportcar like a M3, stop bullshit and please don't answer to me, no time more to loose with arrogant people..
