@6231997 The only international airlines that would fly to Charlotte are British Airways or Swiss. British Airways used to fly to Charlotte. No way for TAP or SAS, there is no local market to Scandanavia or Portugal through Charlotte. And I fly Lufthansa to Munich connecting to Zurich.

I'm a student from Greece studying in the UK and I always fly with Swiss... Last year at my first ever flight with Swiss we had a big delay because of snow I missed my connection flight and I stayed in Zurich for the night in a very luxurious hotel for free.. It was awsome..! Oh and the chocolate they offer is just amazing!!!! :)

Flying with Swiss International Airlines was my worst ever aviation experience. Don't even try to complain because the customer service department are unhelpful and even the MD admitted that he had intstructed the organisation to ignore my correspondence.

Just flew Swiss on their new A330-300 from New York JFK to Zurich and it was the most pleasant and comfortable flights across the Atlantic in economy.  Swiss is truly a classy airline. Keep it up guys. Great airline + Beautiful country = awesome vacation.

If the flight attendants see people using it they kindly ask to shut their device down.

It's called Swiss International Airlines, and most "international" airlines only do their videos in English, but you can ask a flight attendant in Swiss German, German or French (rarely Italian) if you are not so proficient in English,

A first class aircraft for a first class airline. Thats what Airbus said in delivery of Swiss International Airlines' first A330. Of course you can't expect less in a first class airline. It always has to be the very best among the best! As for their safety video, its the very best!

I love the background music on it. It makes you feel so at ease about the flight. (I only hate the way the movies play in 2 cycles on the flight, but otherwise Swiss is awesome, especially the food!!!!!)

Thank you for your reply. How do I send suggestions to the SWISS management regarding subtitles? In the safety video I think it would be helpful to provide one additional row of subtitles below the English subtitles depending on the origin or destination -- for instance flights to GRU would get Portuguese subtitles and flights to NRT would get Japanese subtitles.

Very professional. Maybe DL can learn a lesson from SWISS. While professional, there are bits of humor in the video, such as the boy dancing aroung in his seat because he has to go to the bathroom, and the boy eating the chocolate at the end of the video.

Nice video but too fast compared to the old one. I have the feeling that the "voice" just rushes through the text from the beginning to the end. Would have been more pleasant at a little slower pace.
