Phil Bullock here - Cheltenham England. My son has an estonian girl friend - we have been out to your country, thought it was beautiful. When we were there I did wonder about wild trout fishing - and here is the answer! Looks wonderful. Is access to fishing easy? What licences or permission is needed?
