Ross knows what he's talking about. Either people are hyper/add or shut down in loud environments. Ive gone out 3-5 times a week for the past year and Ive observed this. You'll have better results in a bookstore, coffee shop or wherever you notice hot women going about their day. (and Im 25, not 30-50 like ross's typical demographic)
