We recover methanol from the glycerin in our processor. Not sure about the volume change. It does not change that much. could be the angle. Our new processor has steel sight glasses.

What do you guys do for methano recovery from the glycerin? Also, why does it appear that the volume of the biodiesel changed by about 10 gallons during methanol recovery but you only recoverd about 2.5 gallons of methanol?
