Lately my life has gotten very complicated. My dad is having trouble with his leg and is going in for some kind of procedure on it today. We are very tight on money too, sometimes we have to go half way through the week without milk or butter.... I have three siblings and all of us are homeschooled.. my relationship with God and my family is going through a very rocky time too. "You were faithful before you'll be faithful again." We are awaiting the results from our 8 year old daughters MRI on her arm. We found out she has a tumor 11 days ago, but we do not know what kind yet...Through all of this we KNOW that God is in control and He is holding us every step of the way. there was a raging sea right in front of me the first time I heard this song, I actually was already "touched" by the " storm" , I was so afraid, Jesus seemed so far away, I just wanted to run away, and hide, but I couldn't get away from the "storm" . I couldn't calm the fear, then I started hearing this song. It helped me so much. That "storm" is past ,I'm sure won't be the last, but I'll hold on to HIS hand and follow HIM no matter what!! This song really speaks to me. I have been going through a rough couple of years and whenever I hear this song I cry. Its so beautiful and reminds us that God is so good and if we set our sight on him we can overcome anything and take the attacks of the enemy. I want to say thank you God for this life and I pray that I might use this life for your glory. God bless!

I've been having a lot of problems going on. I've been doubting God, but I want so much not to. I'm in a semiabusive relationship. I've been so stressed, but I'm just trying so hard. I was just wondering. Would it be wrong to pray for myself? To pray for my own belief to be strengthened by my efforts every day.

@tessarf118The Bible says we have to pray asking the Lord for strength.Im also having problems, my husband was diagnosed with cancer and the idea of being a young widow with two little girls is scary.But I cannot doubt God because He is so real in my life.Pray for your hub(wife), surround yourself with the things of the Lord.Also with all the respect if u r not married do it, 4giveme if u r, bcause u will have problems if u don't do like the Lord said. Will pray 4u,ASK THE LORD FOR ADVISE FIRST!

We are awaiting the results from our 8 year old daughters MRI on her arm. We found out she has a tumor 11 days ago, but we do not know what kind yet...Through all of this we KNOW that God is in control and He is holding us every step of the way. If you could pray for our daughter we would appreciate it.

there was a raging sea right in front of me the first time I heard this song, I actually was already "touched" by the " storm" , I was so afraid, Jesus seemed so far away, I just wanted to run away, and hide, but I couldn't get away from the "storm" . I couldn't calm the fear, then I started hearing this song. It helped me so much. That "storm" is past ,I'm sure won't be the last, but I'll hold on to HIS hand and follow HIM no matter what!! Thank you JESUS, I put my trust in YOU ALWAYS!

When I saw the clip of Jesus reaching down to pull Peter from the water, I broke down in tears coz I remember the many times He has done that for me. The ONLY strong arms that could save us!
