Uweeeeeh~ sugoi na~! Can I ask if/how you made your outfit?

I did make it myself. =) I used Kona Cotton and a pattern for a "Matrix" coat (shortened and altered a bit to fit a little more).

The hat was just a top hat made from hard fleece and I made it taller by adding foam strips. Then its just covered with fabric, heh!

Not totally special in any way, it was pretty simple to make, hehe.
